When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, postal & billing address, telephone number and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Rewards Account (if applicable): If you sign up to a rewards account we will store your name and email address to enable us to pass on your rewards to you.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may add your name and email address to our email marketing mailing list to send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.  lentech.co.uk will only contact you about products and services with your express permission.

Lentech Shipping and Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. You can change your mind about a purchase in the first 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, we can then only offer you a refund or exchange at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and suitable condition for resale. You must notify us within the 14 day period that you want a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any agreed items for a refund (or exchange) must be sent back to the Returns address at lentech.co.uk, Nottingham within 7 consecutive days after notifying lentech.co.uk of your request for a refund, if this falls towards the end of the 14 day cooling-off period.

Example: If customer Maxine contacts lentech.co.uk on day 12 (after receipt of purchase) and asks for a refund. Customer Maxine will have 7 days from this point to ensure items have been returned to lentech.co.uk Returns Office.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet after the specified time, first check your bank account or credit card company just prior to contacting us, as different companies have different timescales that they work by.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items can be refunded, though if the sale price has been reduced since your purchase the new price is what you will receive as a refund amount.

 Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items bought from the lentech.co.uk if they are defective or damaged. You have 30 days from receipt of purchase to inform us about a defect or fault in your product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@lentech.co.uk and on confirmation from us please send your item/s to: lentech.co.uk , Unit 2167, 109 Vernon House, Friar Lane, Nottingham NG1 6DQ.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: lentech.co.uk , Unit 2167, 109 Vernon House, Friar Lane, Nottingham NG1 6DQ.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can only give a refund for your items once they are returned to our office.
