At Lentech.co.uk, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. Our Returns and Refunds Policy is designed to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. Certain products, such as customized items, limited edition products, or final sale items, may not be eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

2. Process for Returning an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Contact our customer service team at returns@lentech.co.uk to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
• Step 2: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
• Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely. Lentech.co.uk is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, Lentech.co.uk will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label in cases where we are responsible for the return shipping; otherwise, customers will need to arrange their own return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item, but may exclude any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase, unless the return was due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.

5. Exchanges
