Our Shipping Policy.

Please be aware that shipping times stated are guidelines using normal business working days and delivery times are under normal circumstances. Assuming there are no strikes, public holidays, natural disasters, bad or adverse weather conditions, any issues beyond our control or issues caused by force majeure.

You (the customer) will be notified by email with a tracking number to track your purchase. Any delay and you are welcome to contact us to help resolve any issues.

Note: Delivery times may be longer when sending items to remote areas of the UK.

Order processing starts the day your order is paid for and receipt of your purchase can take up to 5 business days. Any longer and you will be notified of any delays via email or text message.

Shipping from is free to all UK customers. Return shipping is paid for by the customer.

If you find that you are unable to purchase from our website from your given country we are more than happy to send items plus the cost of shipping to your address. Purchases will only be sent to the buyers verified address in the UK or abroad.

If you require special delivery (next working day, excluding weekends) of any items please contact us. There will an extra cost for special delivery services which has to be paid for before any items are shipped.

Please note that some of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer and will take longer that those originating in the U.K.

Most items will arrive within 3 to 5 days. Expect some item to take up to 35 days, you will be notified if this is the case before you complete your purchase. Such details of when to expect your purchase to arrive will be detailed in the grid below.

Items located in the UK —> 2-5 Business Days to UK Based Customers.
Items Located in Europe —> 5-7 Days to UK Customers.
Items Located in China —> Up to 35 Days to Our UK are Based Customers.
